Enter the MIPDoc Co-Production Challenge

The 6th Annual MIPDoc Co-Production Challenge is the year’s most anticipated international pitching competition for adventurous and inspiring creators of documentary and factual programmes. Nick Fraser, Commissioning Editor, « Storyville », BBC, will preside over the 2010 Co-Production Challenge Jury.

About the Challenge

In partnership with Realscreen Magazine, The Co-Production Challenge seeks original projects in the factual genre with the hottest potential for development across TV, the Internet and all other media.

Semi-finalists will be selected from submissions worldwide and given the opportunity to present their final pitches LIVE at MIPDoc to an A-list jury of broadcasters and commissioners, and before an audience of accredited buyers, producers and distributors.

“The Locker Room…became a successful film. The project won the first place in the 2009 Co-Production Challenge, […and d]uring 2009 the film was shot in Africa, Nepal, Israel and UK. The first broadcasters of the film are Channel 8 –Israel and ERT-Greece. The film was also supported by "Cinema Project", Rabinovich Foundation – Israel.”
